Delete account

You can delete your Bardam account and all related data at any time.
In the app
- Open the Bardam app.
- Go to Profile → Account & Backup.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Without the app
If the app is uninstalled or you no longer have the phone, email support@bardam.uz from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete account”. We will confirm the account is yours, delete it and reply to you.
What is deleted
- Your account: the Apple or Google link, email and name.
- Your profile and daily goals.
- Your food log and your own foods.
- Workouts, sets, programs and your own exercises.
- Weight entries.
- When deleted in the app, the data on your phone too.
How long it takes
Data is removed from the server immediately. It disappears from backups automatically within 14 days. Nothing is kept after that.
What is not deleted
- A Pro subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions (or in the App Store).
- Purchase history is kept by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat under their own rules.
- Data in Apple Health and Health Connect: it lives on your phone and is managed in those apps.
